Nutritional yeast is your friend

Made Chicken Fried Tofu tonight with gravy. It totally ruled!!! I will cut the tofu thicker next time, but the 24 hour blot of the cutlets worked perfect with room temp then 20 degree blotting. Actually it wasnt fried but baked.
