vegan cheese bites

These turned out awesome!!!!!!!!


1.5 cups chopped walnuts
16oz tofu cream cheese
0.5 cup very fine chopped onions
1 cup fine chopped chives
1/2 tsp smoked paprika


preheat onion to 350 and bake walnuts on a baking sheet for aboot 10min.
until they make your kitchen smell good basically. then take them out and make sure they cool down, then grind those babies up in a food processor.

mix cream cheese-3tbs chives-onions-paprika-3tbs of the chopped walnuts until is all nice and smooth

scoop mix into ball shapes and roll them in the remaining walnuts and chives

and DAMN YOU GOT YOURSELF A GOOD TREAT
